There is one plan and everything is included: unlimited users, unlimited messages, your existing number text-enabled or a new one, full reporting and full support, with no contract. Nothing is charged when you sign up. The first $200 is charged on the day your number goes live for texting, and then every month from that day. You can cancel at any time.

How this compares with per-message pricing
Many texting services sell bundles of message credits, with higher tiers for more messages or more users. Textstr does not count messages or seats. That suits a business where customers text in and staff answer, because nobody has to ration replies in a busy week. A business that mainly sends large scheduled promotions to a subscriber list may find a credit-based bulk SMS service cheaper for that job.
