Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Appointment Setter (Telecommute Opportunity). We are seeking smart Appointment Setting superstars that love being on the phone and can flat out, get the job done. They call and schedule appointments for our talented sales force. The individuals will be required to work between 10-20 hours each week and will be allowed to set their own schedule of working hours throughout the week as long as the 10-20 hours per week are met.
Essential Functions of the Position:
Make outbound calls, manage leads by tracking and following up on them, and follow-up with any inbound leads that came from direct mail, internet or referrals from outside sales force.
Conduct pre-call qualification of leads.
Enter all notes and special instructions regarding an appointment into our scheduling system.
Effectively communicate accurate, pertinent information to the Sales Consultants and respond to correspondence regarding scheduling changes/cancellations with a sense of urgency.
Assist with our referral and other marketing efforts.
1 plus years of sales, inside/outside sales or Telemarketing.
Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth company environment.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); University level education in Marketing or automotive experience may be substituted for experience.
Knowledge of general computer use (MS Office, internet browsing, email, etc.)
Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Tier 1: $12-$14 - Tier 2: $18-$20
